Development process

How a Nexora project runs

What does the website development process look like?

Six stages: discovery, architecture and content planning, interface design, development and AI integration, review and revisions, then launch and handover. Each stage ends with a review call and a written approval before the next one starts.

Who actually builds the website?

The same senior team across every package — there is no junior handoff. You have one point of contact in the studio for the whole engagement.

Do you design first or build first?

Design first. You approve the interface direction on the key pages before any production build begins, which is what keeps revision rounds efficient.

How are revisions handled?

Starter includes two consolidated revision rounds, Business three, and Premium unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. A round is one grouped set of feedback rather than a stream of individual requests.

What happens after launch?

You receive source files, documentation and a walkthrough session, plus a support window sized to your package. Ongoing retainers are available for continuous improvement, content and monitoring.

Timeline

How long it takes

What are typical delivery timelines?

Starter runs 2–3 weeks, Business 4–6 weeks and Premium 8–12 weeks. Timelines are measured from the moment all required content, assets and approvals are with us.

What usually delays a project?

Late content, slow approvals and mid-project scope changes — in that order. Everything else is inside our control and scheduled from the start.

Can you work to a fixed launch date?

Yes. If you have a campaign, opening or event date, tell us in the enquiry and we schedule backwards from it, flagging any content deadlines you need to hit.

Packages

Choosing the right package

How do I know which package fits?

Starter suits a professional presence for a smaller business, Business adds growth features and AI assistance, Premium covers full automation, integrations and CRM connectivity. Describe the business in your enquiry and we recommend one in writing.

Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?

Yes. Every build uses the same architecture, so moving up extends the existing platform rather than rebuilding it.

Are the demo websites real projects?

The portfolio demos are Nexora-built industry demonstrations. Each one states the industry, the purpose of the site and the package level it represents, so you can see exactly what each tier delivers.

Do you write the content?

You provide the raw material and we shape it. Business and Premium include copy direction and AI-assisted drafting for every page.

Payments

Pricing and payment terms

How does payment work?

A 40% deposit reserves production capacity, then the balance is invoiced against milestones. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the proposal states otherwise.

Are prices fixed?

Yes — the quote in your proposal is a fixed price for the agreed scope. Additional work is quoted separately as a change request and only starts after written approval.

What is not included in the price?

VAT and third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licensed imagery, premium fonts and AI usage. These are listed transparently in the proposal.

What if I need to cancel?

Before discovery begins, the deposit is refunded in full. After that you are invoiced for completed milestones only, and any prepaid surplus is refunded within 30 days. Full detail is in the Refund Policy.

Getting started

What we need from you

What information should I send with my enquiry?

Your company name, business type, what the website must achieve, the package you are considering, any deadline, and links to sites or brands you like. That is enough for us to reply with a recommendation and a fixed price.

What do you need once the project starts?

Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts if any), photography or a brief to source it, product or service details, legal texts specific to your business, and access to your domain and any existing platforms.

What if we have no brand or content yet?

That is common. We can direct the visual identity and draft the content structure with you; larger identity work is quoted as an add-on.

How quickly do you reply to enquiries?

Every enquiry is read by a senior member of the studio and answered within two business days.

Still deciding?

The Services page compares every package feature by feature, and the Service Process page walks through each delivery stage in detail.

Ready to get a fixed quote?

Send the brief and receive a written recommendation, scope outline and fixed price within two business days.
